Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Manchester, M3. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate and job databases, writing job descriptions, and managing candidate communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong ability to multi-task and manage high volume needs
• An aptitude to handle sensitive and confidential information
• A creative approach to problem-solving and critical thinking
• A strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulations
• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in Healthcare recruitment or a related industry is a plus
