Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer located in Manchester, M3. The ideal person will be highly organised and detail oriented, with a willingness to maintain accurate records and support the organisation with its administrative tasks by coordinating compliance processes such as (Ongoing) Right to Work checks, Enhanced DBS checks, Reference Checks and Professional Registration checks. Data security is key and the successful candidate will ensure that data is kept securely. 

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience handling high volumes of data.
• Respect of the importance of confidentiality. 
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• A strong ability to multi-task and manage high volume needs
• An aptitude to handle sensitive and confidential information
• A strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulations
• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in Healthcare recruitment or a related industry is a plus.
